Prior to the establishment of Eldav, Mr. Klainer held a Senior Manager position with PriceWaterhouseCoopers Israel - Kesselman & Kesselman, one of Israel's leading accounting firms. At this capacity, Mr. Klainer actively led numerous due-diligence, IPO and fund raising processes and advised leading public and private companies in issues such as accounting (IFRS, US GAAP), taxing, risk management, financial instruments and derivatives, among others. In addition, Mr. Klainer has extensive advisory experience in budgeting, pricing and control.
Mr. Klainer, a CPA, holds an MBA degree, (with Distinction) from the College of Management, as well as a BA in Accounting and Business Administration (with Distinction) from the the College of Management. Mr. Klainer is a Lecturer at the College of Management Accounting Department since 1999.
